We try our best to insure that all of our flowers are of the very best quality. If you are not completely satisfied, even if you received them as a gift, please call us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them. Flowers and colors are depending upon the season and the availability of that particular product. If the product is not available, we will substitute something of equal or greater value.
